Peelings and seeds come out the end of the tomato strainer, tomato meat and juices flow through the perforated stainless steel outer tube and down the stainless steel tray. Main gears are made of a heavy duty cast iron covered in epoxy acrylic resin for food use. Perforated strainer tube, hopper funnel, filter tray, pivot and spring are in made of stainless steel. Strainer clamps on side of table or counter. Disassembles quickly for easy cleanup. Both models are 11" in height, once clamped to a counter. Made in Italy by Fabio Leonardi with a 3 years warranty.
