The backlit control panel makes brewing extremely simple and alerts you when it's ready for brewing and steaming. The Nina Bar comes with a stainless steel boiler, stainless steel drip tray with a plastic drip pan, and a removable 50 oz water tank. The pre-programmed buttons for a single or a double shot take the guess work out of getting the right extraction and the easy-to-use control panel shows you when the machine is “ready to brew” and “ready to steam.” The pressurized port filter in the Nina Bar takes a lot of the mystery out of making the perfect espresso. The handle, filter holder and basket are all part of a system that controls the brewing process, waiting for the necessary pressure to build up in the port filter before releasing the coffee into your cup. The Nina Bar also comes with a pod adapter with a special filter basket that fits into the port filter, enabling it to brew single serve, pre-packaged shots pods. The Nina Bar comes with the pannarello wand and auto Milk cappuccinatore attachment ( the Nina Traditional does not ) The easiest way to manually froth and steam is with the Pannarello wand and is also where hot water for tea or americanos dispenses. The new Cappuccinatore, automatic frothing attachment makes creating cappuccinos and lattes even easier! The milk will be frothed quickly, enabling you to produce a variety of beverages in a short amount of time.
