had such a good 'retail' experience: I ordered this on Tuesday Morning at
8:00am and it arrived, in perfect order, Wednesday morning at 10:00am. And
Wednesday ...is December 24, in the middle of the Christmas rush. In all,

different sizes at about 1:30 p.m. EST and have received notice from
PayPal they received my payment. I've also received notice about the
cancellation of the first order. I'll definitely be doing business with

I would just like to say thank you so very
much!!!! I received my first one & the water tank wasnt holding the water,
which of course freaked me out.. since this machine is not on the cheap
end... but after one e-mail arrangements were made 2 pick-up the first one
& a replacement sent...I would like 2 say THANK YOU!!! this has been a
Christmas gift my husband has wanted for years & Thank you for making it
happen...By the way the 2nd machine works great out of the box we had
espresso's in hand in less then 10 mins..

WOW !!! Your service is excellent. I ordered
my Saeco Odea Giro, Monday night and it was at my house today ( Thursday
). Packed with care, just like you said. Complete with the pitcher, cups
and coffee beans also very well packed. I'm very impressed with Creative
Cookware's service. The product that I purchased is also
outstanding, Operation manual is easy to understand. Enjoying excellent
coffee in about 10 minutes. The Giro works great and also simple to use.
This has been my best internet purchase ever. Congratulations for doing

on-line yesterday and received the copper saute pan this morning
-unbelievable! My husband will be just as thrilled on Christmas morning
when he opens it ;-)You need to know that this was the first time I had
