Professional Cutter - This professional wonder cutter-slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel and plastic. Ideal to slice a variety of fruits and vegetables. It has three interchangeable cutting blades. This Pro Wonder Cutter mandoline is well equipped to slice, julienne, crinkle and waffle cut.

The mandoline comes with a hand pusher to anchor and slide vegetables and fruit along the glide plate and protects the fingers from the blades. The entire slicer is made of 18/10 stainless steel and plastic. Instructions of use included in box. Mandoline folds for easy storage and has non-slip feet for stability. 	Fold back the stand. Your slicer should be positioned in a dry , flat place. Its two pads keep it perfectly stable.

	Its is very important to use the safety slide hand pusher for all cutting work. The spikes help hold your fruit and veggies in place

	To adjust the cut , your slicer includes two screw down button: Button A - Use one side for grating and wafer cuts, and the other for cutting thin strips. Unscrew button A, turn the plate over then screw back down again. Adjust the desired cutting width by tightening nearer or further from the center. Button B - Screw down to increase the fineness of the cut. Unscrew to increase the thickness of the cut. Graduated steps on the side allow you to judge the cutting thickness.

	blades for producing French fries, matchstick potatoes, straw potatoes, etc... at the size you want. Insert the chosen blades into the side of the slicer. Adjust the thickness with button B.
