The Napoletana or Neapoltan coffeemaker is one of the more traditional drip coffeemakers and is onsidering the oldest way to make coffee. Water is placed in the part without a spout. When steam spout out, you then turn off the heat and turn the coffeemaker upside down. The boiled hot water will slowly drip down to the part with the spout.
