The Vivaldi I  Single Group, Dual Boiler espresso machine is loaded with features and stylish. The machine is direct plumbed so refilling water is a thing of the past. The S1 features two boilers for excellent performance. The large 2.5 liter steam boiler will make frothing and steaming milk. A separate brew boiler keeps the correct brew temperature ready and waiting. The implementation of the electronically controlled dual boiler design allows end users the flexibility of completely shutting off the heating element of the steam - hot water boiler at the touch of a button when only espresso brewing is desired. You can fine tune the brewing temperature from 85º to 120º C in 1º increments. A rotary pump provides even pressure just like the large commercial machines. The S1 is and automatic so you can program your cup sizes. 110 Volt operation for easy setup. Two port filters are provided for easy selection between single and double shot production.
