Please note and be aware: If you are planning on purchasing a Jura espresso/cappuccino machine or coffee grinder from a U.S. based company the below charges will apply for each coffee machine shipped to a Canadian address. Therefore, please be aware of the additional costs. As for the warranty when a coffee machine or grinder is purchased from a US based company, the warranty is NOT valid with Jura Canada. Jura Canada will NOT honor or service a machine without proof of purchase from a Canadian retailer. Each machine has an individual serial number easily identifying it's origin. You will have to return the machine to the original US company for warranty issues. Please remember all above additional costs will reapply during shipping and return.
