Deluxe mandoline vegetable slicer with pushing guard is made of 18/10 stainless steel and is used
to slice a variety of fruits and vegetables. It has three cutting blades and
a glide plate with a thickness adjustment mechanism
devices incorporated on the unit. All working parts are on the mandoline, no
need to remove cutting blades. This traditional mandolin is well equipped to slice, julienne, crinkle and waffle
cuts. The mandoline
comes with a hand pusher to anchor and slide vegetables and fruit along the
glide plate and protects the fingers from the blades. The entire slicer is
made of 18/10 stainless steel except for the pusher knob which is made of
plastic.15.5" Length x 5" Width x 9.5" tall when standing for a
total of 3 Ibs.
