CreativeCookware.com WILL NOT charge duties, customs, brokerage or shipping costs. Therefore, our prices are in Canadian funds plus applicable tax..... not a penny more.

Please note and be aware: If you are planning on purchasing a Saeco espresso/cappuccino machine or coffee grinder from a U.S. based company the below charges will apply for each coffee machine shipped to a Canadian address. These fees are charged by The Canadian Customs Agency once the machine arrives at your door.

- Shipping Charges

Therefore, please be aware of the additional costs. As for the warranty when a coffee machine or grinder is purchased from a US based company, the warranty is NOT valid within Canada. Saeco Canada will NOT honor or service a machine without proof of purchase from a Canadian retailer. Each machine has an individual serial number easily identifying it's origin. You will have to return the machine to the original US company for warranty issues. Please remember all above additional costs will reapply during shipping and return.
