The Brewtus III V-Premuim ( now with Gicar PID ) 2009 Version is a double boiler semi commercial espresso/cappuccino machine with style, it’s an extremely high quality espresso machine, solidly built, with a great polished stainless steel finish. It has a solid construction, extremely good build quality and features a professional E61 group head. Accessories includes: Tamper, Single shot filter basket, Double shot filter basket, back flush disc and a 7 gram coffee scoop. This model comes with vibration pump, water tank, direct water & drain connections.

Thel Expobar Brewtus III comes with the new Gicar PID, (Proportional-Integral-Differential) temperature controller, dual gauges in metal and a on/off switch. The insulation on the boilers has also been upgraded to foil back foam for longer lasting durability. The Expobar Bretwus III V Plus also comes with the new anti burn steam wand and heavy duty size rubber feet.

Features two manometers - one gauge to control the brewing pressure (pump pressure) and the other to measure the steam boiler pressure. The user is able to modify the temperature of the brew boiler by pressing the up or down arrows in the digital temperature control. The Brewtus III V Plus, no fuss temperature control allows to use a large range of blends and single origin coffees, and to quickly and accurately determine the optimal brew conditions for each blend.

The PID temperature control in the brew boiler is maintained as stable and accurate as possible. The temperature is adjustable so you can vary the temperature to fit the coffee that you are brewing. Proportional-Integral-Differential  controller reduces the temperature variation which provides a more consistent water temperature. The PID sends heat so the temperature is consistent and temperature control doesn’t overheat.

The double insulated boilers system allow the user to to draw espresso shots and steam at the same time. There is a brewing pressure adjustment knob located behind the drip tray, and a no-burn steam wand. The Brewtus III V Plus is completely in polished stainless steel. Comes with a single and double shot, chrome plated Brass ( plastic handle) porta filters. Filter basket is made of stainless steel.
