Carbon Steel Paella Pans with Enamel Steel Handles - This gauge (2 mm body thickness) pan responds very quickly to changes in temperature. This pan is shallow with a dimpled bottom. It has two enameled handles (oven safe) riveted on either side. Can be used on all stove top (not induction) and in the oven. Made in Spain.
